Can we apply sunscreen over benzoyl peroxide or vice versa? Which one should apply first and how much time do we need to wait in between?

Always Sunscreen is the last layer to be applied. Apply adequate amount of sunscreen because BPO can cause irritation under the sun. I would suggest to apply BPO at night and sunscreen in the morning.
