Very recently had a complete body check up and every single thing was normal according to the reports. However, for as long as I can remember, I have had very thin and bent finger nails and toe nails. Is there a reason to be bothered by their shape or is it normal?

This is clubbing. It is not always pathological.  If you have it since beginning it might just be a normal variant. So no need to worry too much.

Clubbing of nails could be genetic. There are other causes like cardiac conditions and lung conditions but, since you have done your checks, you should not worry about them.
