Hi If CBT(compressed breast thickness) and mammogram are normal ,then it is most likely benign tumor.Bening tumor can be due to various causes.As your age is 50 it is most likely due to hormonal changes (?menopausal symptoms).Kindly get in touch with a gynaec for the same.All tumors,cyst and lumos need physical exam.Hope this helps.
