Below knee leg pain from last 3 months

Mild pain always remain below knee in legs, in night it is more, In morning less. No walking job is also there. Then why it persist

The cause of knee pain could be many reasons: 1. Weight issue (under weight / overweight) 2. No balance diet (lack of proteins / high intake of sugar rich foods & other essential nutrients) 2. Lack of proper exercise 3. Deficiency in vitamins & minerals (D3, calcium, B12, etc) / deranged blood test profile 4. Past injury It is very important to diagnose the problem to be able to treat it.
Next Steps
Hydration is a must for bone & joint health. Drink atleast 10-14 glasses of water per day. Eat a well balanced diet along with Vitamin & mineral supplementation. Add calcium and omega 3 rich foods in the daily diet. Start with basic exercises at home, slow walks. Meet a physiotherapist to understand the cause of it.
