I have bad belly pains hurting so much and sometimes I’m standing or laying i feel a hard sharpe pain in my belly and makes me put my hand their to feel as hurting also keep feeling dizzy and sick went doctors explain and she felt my belly told me to wait week then take a pregnancy test but I am 3 days late on period and haven’t taken one yet I just feel so dizzy and sick ? my belly isn’t hard really ? So not sure if could be preg or not
