hello... it might be jus a non specific pain....make sure dat u hve food on time...drink lots of water nd make sure dat ur motions are passing clearly... sometimes due to worm infestation also u face dis prob...if its been more dan 3 months since u tuk d deworming tab den kindly tk one dose...meet a gen surgeon if prob persists
