Belly and hip fat

I am a 29 year software professional. I used to go for a walk daily 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening after dinner. Usually, I avoid junk and follow a healthy diet. But, still my belly, thighs and hips don't cut off the fat. Please suggest what I can do to reduce them fast.

If u wanted to reduced fat around that area then u have to do some particular exercises. Like Lunges Stepping Crunch Core Skipping
