Here's my ECHO 2D report. AORTIC ROOT (mm) 20 PULMONARY VEL (m/sec) 0.76 LEFT ATRIUM (mm) 25 PG (mmHg) 2.32 AORTIC VEL (m/sec) 1.08 IVS - D (mm) 07 PG (mmHg) 4.73 LVID - D (mm) 37 MITRAL E WAVE (m/sec) 0.68 LVID - S (mm) 18 A WAVE (m/sec) 0.60 LVPW - D (mm) 10 TR VEL. (m/sec) 2.04 EJECTION FRACTION (%) 60% PG (mmHg) 16.65 Chambers: Normal cardiac chambers. * Septae: Intact IAS and IVS. * Structure of Valves: Bellowing of AML. Other cardiac valves are normal. * RWMA: No RWMA. * LVEF: 60% RVEF: (By TAPSE): Normal (1.9) * IVC: 0.7 cm > 50% collapsing on inspiration * Diastolic function: E > A DT: 204 E/E': Pulmonary venous flow: Normal Color Doppler: Flow Across Valve: Trace tricuspid regurgitation, Trace mitral regurgitation. PASP (by TR jet): 16 + 5 = 21 mmHg Is this something concerning or normal? I get anxious sometimes. Pls advice any doctor.

Bellowing of AML is a feature of mitral stenosis. Please consult me.
