I cant move any in my right face. It started yesterday evening and i dont where and why it haplened. In the attached photo the right part suppose to as the left part did.

Yes as per your picture it's a sign of bell's palsy.. You have to be started on few medications for next 2 weeks. In maximum cases there is no particular cause of the condition.
