I have been diagnosed by GERD 2years ago and I keep burping after eating, one of my friend told belching will lead to heart attack and that made me worry.. Is it true?

No belching doesn't lead to heart attack. You need proper evaluation for GERD. You can consult me for further advice
Next Steps
Upper gi endoscopy, Manometry , 24 hr ph monitoring etc
