I was divirginized but my guy's penis didn't go in full (.5 inch only) as I felt so tense and my vagina close back again. There's blood when I peed, should I take medicine to somewhat heal my vagina? And shall I bleed again at second intercourse?

First I think you have done  and forcefully done that's why got bleeding still pain is there take pain killer and rest for at least 2_3 days again other wise  bleeding and wound then infection.
