Sometimes i have very rude behaviour ,out spoken and being shout .at that time my husband get aggressive.but after all over time i do apolgize my mistakes but every thing ruined.i feel it causes extreme depression for me and i feel so lonely it causes migrane to me.actually we have a very good married life with two kids but my behaviour is the main reason .my husband always speaks in low volume and my sound is very high it causes all problem .i m unable to control on my this issue for last 18 y
