Antibiotic regimen for H. Pylori may need to change. Ideally 10 days, 4 drug concomitant therapy is required. If still doesn't resolve, a bismuth based treatment regimen is prescribed. If you are planning pregnancy, better to wait for eradication oh H. Pylori because metronidazole in the treatment is relatively contraindicated in first trimester of pregnancy. How was H. Pylori detected? Endoscopic biopsy by RUT or some other way? Consult a Gastroenterologist for proper guidance. Best luck.
