Under my chin area I'm losing my hair, being a sikh I tie my beard and regularly use hair gel, hair spray etc products. I first noticed this when about 8 years ago however, then it was just a nail size line. But now from chin to neck there are no hair.

This could be alopecia arrays which can be treated easily with topical or intralesional Need pics to confirm though
