Hi, would not be able to comment much on the effectiveness of scalptone as I haven't used it as much in my practice . But I can say ,that correct detailed history with doctors consultation will surely benefit .

It's for scalp (head), not for face. Need some homeopathic medicine which act on hormones and naturally increase density of hair.
