BCG scar usually heals by 6 months. Bleeding might be due to infection. T-bact ointment can be used but kindly consult once.

Persistent bleeding or active oozing from the BCG site at 6 months is not usual. Signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, warmth, pus, fever, or increased tenderness, warrant prompt medical evaluation.
