BASIC TREATMENT FOR COVID

I am having sore throat since last 5 days n taking azee 500 mg since last four days...today throat pain is reduced but having fever of 99.5 F with bodyache... i am also taking medication for skin allergy...itraconazole and fexofenda once daily... Pregabalin 50 mg in morning and estilopram 10 mg at night ... Please suggest me treatment for fever n bodyache which mah be due to covid lyk symptoms... Thank you
