I banged my head around a month ago very hard and it came up in a lump on the right hand side of my forehead. Since then, I have had a lot of headaches, some are very bad and some not so bad. I have also been extremely tired and found it difficult to sleep.

This is to be taken seriously. Get a MRI head done. For pain you can take tab Ultracet 1 tab 2 times a day.
Next Steps
consult a Neurologist with MRI report.
