  4. Ball like element. Please help.

Ball like element

I have a ball like element in my right groin area since my childhood but it didn't cause any pain.the ball like element is not fixed with skin and seems to move when I press on it. Till now it didn't cause any pain neither I am facing any health issue for this. I just want to make sure it's not something life threatening. Please help.
