Balding and breakage

My scalp is visible and when i part my hair everyone can see the part is large with scanty hair. Also the breakage around the crown is looking horrible and frizzy with small hair sticking out. Help

Hi according to description it seems to be a female pattern baldness ( FPB). You will require to consult a dermatologist who can assess the severity and accordingly prescribe medicine , hair meso or PRP also work very well in FPB.
