From last 3-4 months I have this black spot. For this doctor gave me this cream - glycolic acid, Kojic acid , arbutin, octinoxate, allanton, vit e and mulberry extract. Can you tell me what is it ? Why it appeared below the lips ? I don't use after shave lotion very often. Does it ever gonna go away ? Please tell me.
