My wife having very bad smell from mouth even after doing brush many times. Visited Dentist and he cleaned the teeth but no change observed. It seems due to bad breathing smell ( not a problem related to teeth) .. please suggest what may be the probable reasons for it...

Many reasons are there for the bad smell,  and sometimes no cause is identified. But still need to do some blood tests and also some precautions
