Very bad smell odour coming from underarm and from stool it is smelling like an onion , rotten egg, septic tank sometimes oily salty types .

Avoid fatty food . High protein diet also can cause bad odour . If mucus is coming in your stool the you have stomach infection. Plz consult further for better answer .
