Try incorporating following things in your routine:
1. Start getting up early.
2. Do some exercise to give your day a head start.
3. Try doing Meditation to stay calm and relaxed.
4. Drink plenty of water. It will maintain your body metabolism and keep you healthy, which automatically will improve your mental status.
5. Before consulting a Psychiatrist try talking to a family member or your friends.
