Zanocin 200, Ibugesic plus replaced with dolo 650 mg, cobadex forte and haemogram test done. Still no change in condition.

What is your hemogram report. Chances of viral fever or malaria is very high. Other than dolo tab you can consider doing cold water sponging. Sometimes tab Naprosyn helps to decrease the fever.
