So I was just doing fine and then I got huge mouth ulcers and wounds in my mouth and I am taking treatment for it from a long time. Now I realised that I got a problem of bad breath I don't know if it is because of the ulcer or anything else please guide me. As far as ulcers and wounds of my mouth are concerned I am doing fine than before but bad breath has became a permanent problem.

Yes oral ulcers can be a reason for bad breath. But first follow proper oral hygiene, drink sufficient water, stop mouth breathing. Maybe due to ulcers you are not cleaning oral soft tissues (tongue, oral mucosa) properly so its leading to bad breath. Use mouthwash or salt water gargle.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for ultrasonic scaling. Scaling is recommended every 6 months to every individual.
Health Tips
Do not try any home remedies.

Bad breath can be be due to ulcer , but the main reason can also be bad oral hygiene,. If there is plaque accumulation,  it could be the biggest reason.  Also if there is caries involved in any teeth, that can cause bad breath too. You should first consult your dentist for any of the above reasons, and treat the underlying cause, and you can start using Hydent k tooth paste and mouthwash.  But mouthwash again should be used after knowing what ulcer you have so ask about that to your doctor.
Next Steps
go for oral prophylactic first.
