Bacterial infection. Peroxide gargle not reaching it seems(not sure). How to remove pus? Causing high fever. Admitted since last 3 days. I had it before but local doc cleaned it and gave steriod which corrected whitin 1.5 days. Have fever since 5 days(100-102.3max). Was taking ceftum earlier orally now since 3 days on iv antibiotic.

According to the photo, it looks like you are suffering from peritonsillitis.  Recovery time may vary.  It will subscide as you are on I. V medication. Repeated such infections are treated surgically during asymptomatic period.
