My mother has had a severe bacterial skin infection for over a month. She has been on at least two different antibiotics and uses an antibiotic cream. She keeps getting more sores and is now so tired she nods off while talking and working. She refuses to go back again because she thinks it will heal eventually. As her care taker, I am concerned of where the infection has spread and how tired she has become.
