Bacterial allergic cough

My kid is 4.5 yrs old and having wet cough  since Feb 2020. I have been giving him levolin and burocort puffs twice a day as suggested by his doctor. There is no improvement yet. However, doctor asked us to start antibiotics (he said he has bacterial cough) for which I am in dilemma. We had already given antibiotic for fever and cough in Feb'2020. Kindly advise us for the same.

Is there any X-ray available? Is the cough more during early morning or late evening? What antibiotics were given previously?
