I am a tb patient before. I finished my medication for the past 9 months. when I get tired of doing anything like household chore I felt my back pain. Back pain plus pain in breathing pain in chest. What should I do ?

Cap. Doxycycline 1 BD Tab.DeriphyllinR 1 BD Tab Voveran 75 SR one tab twice daily after meals For ten days.
