Technique:- Acquisition helicoidal with multiplanar reformation, without injection of contrast medium. DLP: 510 mGy-cm Results: - No major disorder of the statics. -Good height of the vertebral bodies, no listhěsis. -Narrow channel, measured between 11 and 12 mm sagittal diameter. -Discally, normal appearance of the first two discs. -Discrete circumferential overhang of the L3-L4 disc. -In L4-L5, medial hernia, stenosing the canal at 7 x 12 mm. - In L5-S1 no disco-radicular conflict. - Integrity of the posterior articular masses.
