I have a severe lower backache in the centre from past 6 years.. I have been consulting homoeopathy but hasn't proved helpful. A little relief I got by doing yoga but  I am not able to do it regularly.. Major pain happens early morning due to which I am not able to lie down and sleep... Kindly help..
