Backache during pregnancy

I am 3.4 weeks pregnant. My upt came out positive & my beta HCG in 3.3 weeks was 36.2 Sitting for prolonged number of hours causes backache which goes away only when I lie down. Should I be concerned about this? I have a desk job for which I need to sit for a number of hours. Please help. I'm a bit worried
