Before a week, I had potato and then did an heavy home work. After two hours I got some pain/disturb near heart and then in the night the pain travelled to my back where the left hand joints in the back. Next day it was very paining to sleep and also turn, looks weird. Then visited a nearby pharmacy, he gave tablets for gas formation n muscle cramp

Your pain is left side of chest and radiates to leg shoulder and arm. Similar pain is seen with heartache - angina. Better to visit a doctor and get an ECG done. If ECG is normal, then mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest and hot fomentation. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
