My wife has been experiencing a back pain since last 4-5 days, right at the centre of the spine. She has been applying volini but still no improvement. It seems to be worrying. Kindly advice and diagnose

avoid forward bending and lifting weights. maintain spine in straight posture sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees
