Back pain can be due to multiple reasons, even slightest back pain is not good.
Rest it out for the swelling to get reduced.
Avoid bending and lifting for few days, also sitting for longer time, break your posture and maintain it.
Backward bends will have you to reduce your back pain provided you do it 5-6 times a day.
