Take anaelgesics. Have an X-Ray LS Spine to rule out red flag conditions. Rest longer that 48 hours is usually not recommended. Consult a pain management specialist, physiatrist or orthopedst. Most of acute back pains usually recover spontaneously or with minimal analgesics / muscle relaxants within a week.
