Pain goes in hand several times and feel very fatigue my x-ray reports are normal and ecg is also normal what should i do ?sometimes difficult to breathe?

Do u have hypothyroidism??? Check the thyroid levels and get a chest xray done.
Next Steps
must take vitamin supplements......
