Back pain as well as skin allergy

I have a problem of backache since few days, i am unable to understand if the reason is some kind of deficiencies or it's coz of mattress. 6-7 months back I gone through a health check up n vitamin B12 n D3 deficiencies were there. Apart from that I am facing skin allergy related issues as well. I am looking for a health check up again, which can cover all these aspects. Thank you.
