Back pain & pain in testicles same time

Hi my friend is getting pain in back but it doesn't feel like normal back pain because once the pain starts it slowly increases and the pain starts in both  testicles ,he can't sit ,stand walk only thing he want to do is sleep , i don't know whom to contact for this pls tell me wts happening to him , pls tell me whom i have to reach out
