I have a really bad pain in my lower back and it is preventing my everyday activity. the pain has only gotten worse and is now going down my right leg down into my foot causing it to feel numb and even a tingling feeling at times

The symptoms which u r saying suggest me that u r suffering from gridhrasi.i advise y to take capsule sciatilon.and msg me for more details
