Hi, I'm having frequent back and leg pain from 1-2 years. Any particular reason ? And how can it be cured ?

Whether are u working ..in work from home..my friend Are any heavy workers have done 3 to 5 days ..any selffall??   Take x-ray la spine ....   Get opinion from orthopedics ...   Whether u have vaccinated?? Don't take pain killers tablets...instead of that you can apply gel in that painful areas or  painrelief spray ..
