Due to back ache i got a vitamin test for myself. Vitamin b12 was short...kindly suggest a medication. Report attached

Inj Re Xite plus Intramuscular alternative day for 5 times, then weekly once 4 times, then monthly once for 12 months. Should be recieved from trained nurse.
