Hi, I have a severe back chronic pain since last 10 years. I did attend physiotherapy sessions but it's not helping at all. I have a continuous and constant pain in my left part of the body from top to bottom. Shesh

Hello sir, Kindly consult an orthopaedic surgeon or preferably spine surgeon and take his opinion you might require an MRI. And if there is any nerve root compression on MRI then you might require facet block or surgery depending on your clinical symptoms and MRI findings
