Back ache badminton

Hey, I was playing badminton after 3 years and played for like 1 hour. I am having acute back ache now. I also had back ache in past multiple times. I have applied volini and moov buy they arent helping much. Suggest.

you seem to have sore back muscles with associated spasm..please consult a doctor for a course of muscle relaxants you could also give hot+cold fomentation alternatively (contrast bath) after applying volini/moov
