Hello all, my 5 month old baby was having viral cold cough and fever ..with medication she is recovered now since 2 days but suddenly today I see her tounge tip has become red and she is  sleeping most of the time not so active.. could you please advise if it's concerning?

Some of the medicines for cold and cough has a sedative effect If the fever is for more than 4 days If the child is not feeding well , not passing urine and tired Then it’s of concern
