My baby boy born at 34 weeks and now he is 2 months 18 days. His weight is 4.5 kg. Is the weight ias ok as per his age??.. How should i track his weight every month.

No precautions needed for the newborn rather it's beneficial due to herd immunity. Mild side effects like tenderness at site of injection, fever or rash may occur
