Baby weight (baby is not gaining weight)

Hello doctor, My baby is 26 months old. A female child. She was born at 34 weeks (premature). Her birth weight was 1.9kg only. Since then she is not gaining enough weight. Her current weight is 10kg only. What should I do? Please suggest any supplement (Medicines) so that she can gain some weight. I am giving her everything. Daal, rice, roti, dry fruits, ghee, fruits, fresh juices, milk etc. Please help!
