Baby is 2 months old and while burping she did vomit. I am not able to identify if its spit up or vomit. As spit up are normal but vomit not. What should I do. Should i give her some medicine of vomit or is it normal pls suggest

Hello ! Give domstal drops 10 mg- 0.5 ml thrice daily . 15 min before giving feed. Give small , frequent feeds Do burping as before for 15-20 min after each feed till 4 mnths of age
