My baby is having diharia from last 2 days also vomited food 1 time can you please explain why poop is green if he is not eating any vegitable

What is the age? Poop colour is related to digestion not only the vegetables or food we eat. No need to worry just because poop is green. You have to worry about dehydration. Please consult a pediatrician

Green coloured stools means not taking adequate oral intake because bile is green in colour less food intake will cause green coloured stools
